"Be very careful and look at your car premiums. Been paying WAY more than I was supposed to and having to go back thru underwriting to get the correct rate after almost a year. Haven’t heard an apology once from Mandy and now I have to wait on a refund check with no ETA and no $ figure. They are quick to take your money, but they sure as hell drag their feet on their mistake when they owe you money. App still hasn’t been updated either. Just a mess! Update Jan 3rd (owners comment below to statement above): Sent an email to check on status and it wasn’t until I made this Google review that Mandy finally called me and asked me if I would consider removing the review and I told her no. This is a false statement about delinquency and shows her character as a business owner. The reason it wasn’t paid because it was an escalated rate and not fixed in a timely manner for me as a customer to keep paying an escalated rate and believed it would be fixed promptly, so you really told on yourself about the wait times to correct an error. I know of no threats mentioned other than a business related one considering pulling from State Farm due to this ongoing error. Will be reporting divulging customer’s information to the BBB now. If you can’t handle a poor review, dont have the option available and sorry my demeanor doesn’t fit your poor narrative."
